LSAT Score Calculator
The LSAT reports a scaled score from 120 to 180, converted from your raw count of correct answers by a curve set for each test. Enter your correct count for a ballpark estimate based on typical recent curves — useful for tracking practice progress, not an official result.

Assumptions: ESTIMATE: linear approximation of recent LSAT conversion curves. Official scores are equated per administration by LSAC.
Formula
How to use this calculator
- Count the questions you answered correctly across the scored sections.
- Enter the total scored questions (about 101 on recent tests).
- Press Calculate for the estimated scaled score.
Worked example
75 correct out of 101 scored questions.
- Percent correct: 75 ÷ 101 ≈ 74.3%.
- Estimate: 120 + 0.743 × 60 ≈ 164.6 → 165.
Result: An estimated score of about 165 — solidly above the typical median near 152.
Frequently asked questions
How accurate is this estimate?
Within a few points in the middle of the range, based on recent released curves. It is least accurate at the very top (where curves tighten) — a 180 typically allows only 0–2 misses, which a linear model understates.
What raw score do I need for a 170?
On recent tests, roughly 75–80% correct — about 76–81 questions of 101. The exact number moves with each test’s curve.
Does the LSAT still have Logic Games?
No. The analytical reasoning (“logic games”) section was removed in 2024; the test now consists of two scored Logical Reasoning sections and one scored Reading Comprehension section, plus an unscored experimental section.
